Painting of the Liberty Ship, John W. Brown, in Convoy off the East Coast, April 1944 - by John Stobart. Given to the Academy in Commemoration of the Normandy Landings, June 6th, 1944. The John W. Brown is one of two Liberty Ships still in service to this day.
